Final Episode: Spencer and Sarah, Virgin Mobile’s Manufactured Celebrity couple, have gotten the order to have a splashy celebrity wedding. So far the kids have always been ready to do whatever it takes to get famous, but this may be too tall an order. Spencer and Sarah have to ask themselves how much they’re willing to sacrifice to become celebrities.
